Technical Features:
- The imported Cummins turbocharged engine (Euro Ⅲ standards) has strong power, meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection. The machine meets CE standards, and meets market demands.
- The hydraulic system adopts utmost power control and flow control, which makes the system more efficient and energy saving.
- The intelligent control system with independent intellectual property right, CAN general line, and PLC control system, including automatic/ manual adjustment of the vertical angle of drilling mast, automatic measuring and displaying of depth, automatic engine idling control, automatic slewing positioning, intelligent troubleshooting control, and etc.
- Special chassis for drilling rig that adopts advanced design methods have extra stability. The chassis structure has high intensity, it takes heavy telescopic hydraulic crawler, convenient for transportation, and have superior travel performance.
- The high performance main hydraulic winch and auxiliary winch is installed in the slewing table of the drilling rig, making the operation flexible and convenient. The main winch has controllable free drop function, this ensures the synchrony of thrusting speed of drilling head and the winch speed.
- The patented rectangle articulated system makes the work area more wide. The mast adopts high strength box type, it has high rigidity and intensity, which effectively guarantees the precision of boring. The articulated parts all adopt lubrication-free bearings, ensuring flexible rotary.
- With optional 6 knuckle drill pipe, the max. drill depth can be 80 meters.
